Delete your Retapio account
You can start account deletion here even if the app is no longer installed. Google sign-in confirms that the request concerns your own account.

What happens after the request
- The request is registered with the authenticated account identity and receives a unique reference.
- We review business memberships, roles, any contractual obligations and data that must be retained by law.
- We delete the Firebase account and eligible personal data, or anonymise history that must be retained to preserve transaction integrity.
- We usually resolve the request within 30 days. If the law allows an extension due to complexity, you will be informed.
Accounting data, payment evidence, information required for fraud prevention and evidence that the request was resolved may be retained only within the scope and for the period required or permitted by law.
For a business account, the request does not automatically cancel the Stripe subscription. The owner must manage it through the billing portal, and organisation deletion is completed after contractual obligations have been clarified.
